Long-term therapy

Therapy is a chance to make deep and lasting changes in your life and interrupt patterns that are standing in your way. We work together to sort through painful current or early life experiences, and build insight into how these experiences may continue to impact you today.

This approach to therapy draws on psychodynamic practices and incorporates complimentary mind-body interventions.
I believe growth happens when you feel like you have a compassionate and supportive therapist to help work through the hard stuff. I get that, and I place a premium on holding that safe space for you.
I have been told by many people over the years that working with me has helped them meet their goals, grow a stronger sense of self, and live an overall more joyful life.

Short-term cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)

CBT is an evidence-based approach that has been shown to deliver results. I primarily use CBT to teach coping skills that can support you through a short-term crisis.
This practice often includes thought and behavior analysis paired with mindfulness-based interventions to teach you to stay calm during stressful situations.
